State diversity board mandates: A number of states have drafted or passed board diversity legislation primarily aimed at improving the representation of women on corporate boards.

In this webinar we will discuss:

Diversity disclosure rules aimed at improving representation of women and increasing overall diversity on corporate boards are gaining traction. While some states attempt to require publicly traded companies to have a certain quota for women and minority directors on corporate boards, the real advancement in this area may arise from disclosure rules.
