TheStreet asked WIB’s CEO Sheila Ronning to comment on the lack of board diversity displayed at Nektar, the only S&P company without a woman director. Even with some representation among upper management, there is research that shows that having more women in the boardroom, leads to better decision making and more favorable financial outcomes.
