Actions of the Federal Government can profoundly affect corporate operations and 2025 is shaping up to be particularly complex. Policies, tax laws, regulations, adds volatility to markets and operations, creating external risks and opportunities for businesses. This, coupled with a turbulent market environment and geopolitical instability, pose unique challenges and boards must prepare to respond – both to protect their stakeholders and capitalize on opportunities. Adrienne Ramsay, QRD, Board Director, and Founder will share insights on how to address the broader implications of federal actions on corporations and private companies.
