Rosalind Clay Carter is an executive coach and human resources consultant who combines industry experience in media, health care, consumer products, and technology industries  (A+E Networks, Bristol-Myers Squibb and The Coca Cola Company) with strategic business acumen and HR expertise. Roz has spent her career as an impassioned advocate for individual talent while supporting organizational growth to deliver functional excellence to her institutional clients.  Roz consults across industries in the areas of senior leadership coaching, on-boarding, career coaching and assessment, and organizational design.  A partial list of clients includes Devries Global, Young Audiences New York, Weill Cornell Medical Center, AMC, Columbia Presbyterian Hospital, Telemundo, and The Liquid Thread.


Roz leverages her strategic and operational experience as a highly respected and transformational chief human resources officer in the c-suite to enrich the development and enhancement of senior leaders through executive coaching and leadership development.


Roz has designed and implemented leadership programs and coached numerous executives.  She served as CHRO for A+E Networks with prior HR experience in Fortune 50 companies.  She earned a B.A. from the University of South Florida, and an M.A. in guidance and counseling from the University of Alabama, in Birmingham.  She has served on numerous media industry panels on inclusion and leadership development.

Deb Nelms is a board coach for Women in the Boardroom (WIB) and the founder of Corporate BoardLink, Inc., a consulting firm focused on strategic services and alliances that “move the needle for women”. She brings expertise in board campaign development including bio/ profile creation and board interview preparation, director program and workshop creation, and advisory board and corporate board development from inception to facilitation and assessment. She has served as a resident board coach for organizations such as the Committee of 200, the Committee of 20 in Russia, World 50, Inc., Women Corporate Directors, National Association of Corporate Directors, Inforum BoardAccess, Women’s Food Services Forum, Watermark, and Kensington International.  In addition to individual coaching and program development, she works with several organizations and academic institutions in order to cultivate their c-suite and corporate officers for board service. A partial list of clients includes 7-Eleven, Ecolab, Exelon Corporation, Intel Corporation, International Game Technology (IGT), McDonalds Corporation, Michigan State University-Eli Broad Graduate School of Management, Nicor Inc., and University of St. Thomas-Opus College of Business.


Prior to Corporate BoardLink, Debra was a partner at Baker, Nelms & Montgomery a boutique executive search firm based in Chicago. She co-founded the professional services business unit which specialized in direct admit partner searches, board of director searches, and the emerging technology consultancy.


Deb attended of The Art Institute of Chicago and serves as a board advisor to The Bama Companies with facilities in Tulsa, OK, Beijing and Guangzhou, China and Pozan, Poland.

DeeDee Kramer
Board & Executive Coach


DeeDee Kramer has more than 20 years of line, staff and management consulting experience to bring to her work with individuals and organizations. She brings a strategic approach to consulting, along with extensive experience in the areas of executive coaching, leadership development, organization design and development, and organizational change.


Her work in executive coaching, change management and leadership development span many industries including broadcasting, health care, publishing, energy, technology and financial services. A partial list of her clients includes A&E Television Networks, Pearson, NBC, AMC, Horizon Blue Cross, KPMG, Public Service Electric and Gas, Morris Heights Health Center, and TIAA-CREF.


Beginning her career with the Chubb Group of Insurance Companies and American Broadcasting Companies, Ms. Kramer designed, developed and implemented leadership training programs and managed the performance management and succession planning functions.  She then served as a practice head in the area of organizational design and development and then as a general manager for two national management consulting firms.


Ms. Kramer has done graduate work in organizational psychology at Columbia University.  She has served as an adjunct professor at the Graduate School of Management and Urban Professions at the New School in New York City.  She has also served on many panels and has made presentations to both academic institutions and to human resources professional organizations in the area of leadership and organizational effectiveness.
