Michelle Furyaka

Michelle Furyaka is quickly making NPD Global become one of the fastest growing firms in the industry, bringing more than fifteen years of industry experience. She leads a team of sales professionals that advise candidates on the current job market. She sets the right expectations with the client as well as the job seeker and her expertise shows when the match is made.


Prior to joining NPD, Michelle was a Senior Sales Executive at COMSYS for over 8 years, currently part of the Manpower conglomerate. She fostered their growth at major accounts like TIAA CREF and Bank of America  and doubled revenues year after year. Having launched TAPFIN at TIAA CREF, she quickly gained experience about the VMO’s + VMS. She is undeniably one of the most innovative sales executives in the IT consulting space. During her 5 years at Ajilon/Adecco, Michelle fostered relationships with huge financial organizations like Citigroup, NYSE and Credit Suisse, assisting many of them with emergency consultants after the 9/11 attacks.


Michelle holds a Bachelor of Science from New York University and has completed numerous continuing education courses at Leonard N. Stern School of Business.


In her spare time, she is very dedicated to a number of non-profit organizations including Upwardly Global and, as well as mentoring new talent and up-and-coming entrepreneurs in the business. She envisions NPD Global as the first IT consulting firm to go “green” by sharing her expertise with the professional community and by inspiring her colleagues and clients to do the same.
