Planting the Seeds to Grow & Cultivate Your Network

We reap what we sow. Finding a board doesn’t need to reflect the blood-lust of war. Instead of framing your board search using military terms such as ‘target market’, ‘campaign’, ‘strategy’ and ‘tactics’, approach the process like gardening.  Focus on cultivating the relationships and forming the type of work habits that lead to long-term success.  Join Bethany George to explore the following:

  • Weed out what types of boards best suit you
  • Plant the seed & learn how to nurture your relationships so they build your network & lead to more referrals
  • Tend to your board search when it seems bountiful – and when it does not
