Patricia Lenkov, heads up the global search practice at N2growth. Prior to joining N2growth, Patricia was the CEO of Agility Search, a firm she founded and operated for four years. She was previously a member of the board of directors practice at Spencer Stuart, and prior to that Patricia spent six and a half years with Heidrick & Struggles where she conducted board and C-level search assignments for Fortune 500 companies. Patricia is highly regarded in board circles having been directly involved in the successful culmination of more than 250 board searches.
Patricia is widely regarded as a thought leader on board recruiting, corporate governance, composition, and succession. She is well known for her work on board diversity, and sits on the New York Steering Committee of 2020 Women on Boards. Patricia is no stranger to the media often being interviewed for outlets like: Fox Business, Chief Executive Magazine, The Wall Street Journal, Forbes Women, Business Insider, Boardmember.com, Executive Recruiter News, Chicago Tribune, The Globe and Mail, and Money Magazine to name a few.
Prior to her work in the executive search field Patricia worked for Tab Products Inc., where she was Regional Sales Manager for the province of Québec (Canada). Prior to this, she was the Assistant Director of the MBA Program at Concordia University.
Patricia is on the Family Advisory Council of the Komansky Center for Children’s Health at New York-Presbyterian Hospital Weill Cornell Medical Center and is a former Board Member at Temple Israel of New York City. She is a Parents Association Committee Chair at The Collegiate School. She is on the Board of The Blue Card and sits on the Advisory Board of Halsey Lane Holdings LLC, a financial services company.
Patricia holds a BA (with Distinction) in Psychology from McGill University and an MBA from Concordia University. She resides in Manhattan and Connecticut with her husband, daughter and twin boys.
Anne Melissa Dowling
Deputy Commissioner at the Connecticut Insurance Department
Anne Melissa Dowling joined the Connecticut Insurance Department (CID) on September 15, 2011. A former Senior Vice President at MassMutual, Deputy Commissioner Dowling has more than 25 years of experience working in the financial services balanced with a long term volunteer commitment to non-profit and educational institutions.
Ms. Dowling leads the day to day operations of all divisions at the regulatory agency, which has jurisdiction over the largest life insurance industry in the United States and the second largest overall insurance industry in total written premium. CID is considered to offer the most sophisticated and collaborative regulatory environment in the United States for all lines of insurance and related regulated businesses.
Ms. Dowling’s has most recently focused on behavioral and mental health regulatory innovation and compliance, coastal disaster recovery and resiliency, financial solvency and supervisory colleges, captive insurance regulation and consumer outreach for health care and homeowners insurance education. She is an active board member of the Access Health CT (AHCT), Connecticut’s state-based public health insurance exchange, (co-chair of the Health Plan Benefit and Qualifications Advisory Committee) and a member of the Behavioral Health Task Force, appointed by the Connecticut legislature.
Ms. Dowling holds a Bachelor of Arts from Amherst College in Fine Arts and French Literature, and, an MBA in Finance from Columbia University School of Business. She is a Charted Financial Analyst (CFA).
She serves on the board of Directors of The Spectranetics Corporation of Colorado Springs, Colorado and the advisory board of The New England Guild.
An active community volunteer, Ms. Dowling serves on numerous boards, including the Hartford Public Library. She is a past trustee of Amherst College, UConn Foundation and Miss Porter’s School, and has served on the United Way Campaign, St. Francis Hospital’s Women’s Service Advisory Board, as a corporator of the Wadsworth Atheneum, First Book Hartford Literacy Program, and, Reaching Home Leadership Council, an organization for permanent supportive housing.
