Mary K. Rhinehart
Senior Vice President & Chief Financial Officer, Johns Manville Corporation
As CFO, Mary’s responsibilities encompass all financial elements of the organization, as well as global supply chain. Prior to her promotion to CFO in April 2004, Mary held the position of vice president of finance and administration for the Engineered Products Group.
Mary joined JM in 1979. In her earlier positions, she was responsible for international and domestic banking relationships including significant borrowing activities and managing an investment portfolio in excess of $1 billion. In addition, she has been responsible for trading the company's precious metals and directing a variety of acquisition and divestiture activities. Mary has also previously had responsibility for compensation, benefits management, community relations, executive recruitment and organizational planning and development along with management and bottom line responsibility for a business unit.
Mary currently serves on the CoBiz Financial Board of Directors, the University of Colorado Hospital Board and the University of Denver’s Daniels College of Business Executive Advisory Board. In 2008, she was named CFO of the Year by the Denver Business Journal and was celebrated by the Girl Scouts Foundation as one of their Women of Distinction. Additionally, she is a member of the Colorado International Women’s Forum and Women’s Vision Foundation. Mary was formerly Chairman of the Board of Craig Hospital and a former board member of both the Denver Chamber of Commerce and Kempe Children’s Foundation.
A native of Wichita, Kansas, Mary received her B.S. degree in business cum laude from the University of Colorado at Boulder, and her M.B.A. from the University of Denver. She lives in Littleton, Colorado with her family.

Bob Arciniaga is Founder and Managing Partner of Advisory Board Architects, LLC. Founded in 2005, ABA is a minority owned business that builds, maintains and manages executive level advisory boards and works with corporate boards of directors on how to have more of a strategic impact on an organization. ABA was built to surround fast growing companies with “C” level executives who have specific industry insight and expertise that is leveraged to help privately held companies grow to the next level and beyond. ABA works with both private companies and publicly traded companies.
ABA is a unique company that has developed a new market for companies looking to bring in outside expertise in managing their boards. To most companies managing a board is secondary to managing their business. At ABA managing boards is our only business and we have developed highly proprietary systems and processes that are critical in building and engaging the right board for the right strategic reasons. Prior to founding ABA Bob was a senior executive with a number of different Wall Street investment banks and hedge funds. He has served on a number of private company boards and non-profit boards and as the founder of ABA currently manages a number of client advisory boards and advises to a number of boards of directors as well
Carolyn RomeroAssistant Corporate Controller, Advanced Energy Industries
Carolyn M. Romero joined the Board of Directors of VCG Holding Corp. (Nasdaq - VCGH) in August 2009. Based on Ms. Romero’s previous experience as an Audit and Litigation Partner, as well as serving as a technical accounting expert for three public companies, she was appointed to serve on the Audit Committee as its Financial Expert. In January 2010, Carolyn was appointed as the Audit Committee Chair. During her short period on VCGH’s Board, Carolyn has participated on a Special Committee to evaluate a potential sale of the Company as well as guiding the Audit Committee through several technical issues.
Previously, Ms. Romero served on several government and local, state, and national non-profit Boards including five years on the national board of Business & Professional Women/USA (two years as Treasurer). She currently serves on the following non-profit boards:

Rowena Cipriano-Reyes Partner, PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP
Rowena Cipriano-Reyes is a Partner in the Denver office of PricewaterhouseCoopers, a global public accounting firm that provides assurance, tax, and advisory services to its clients. She has over 17 years of experience directing a wide variety of audit engagements for public and private companies in the energy and petrochemical industries, working closely with group auditors, multinational clients, and global audit teams.
Rowena's professional experience has given her significant insight into what it takes to achieve success in a demanding corporate environment. Additionally, her focus on the energy sector has provided her with unique perspective on succeeding as a woman in a predominantly male industry. She has been responsible for serving clients in all sectors of the energy spectrum, dealing with issues in midstream activities, oil and natural gas production, refining and marketing, gathering and transmission, energy marketing and trading, natural gas transmission and distribution, chemical companies, power generation, and master limited partnerships.
Rowena is the Corporate Secretary and Board Member of Ascend. Ascend is a national association of current and future business leaders of Asian and Pacific Islander decent with approximately 27 chapters across the United States with over 4,500 members. Rowena also serves as a Corporate Advisory Board Member for the International Society of Young Filipino Accountants (ISYFA). ISYFA is a non-profit public benefit corporation whose primary goal is to assist, educate, train and mentor emerging professionals both in the US as well as globally.
Rowena graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Economics and a Bachelor of Science degree in Accountancy from De La Salle University. She is a certified public accountant licensed to practice in both Colorado and Texas.
Rowena and her husband Gregory reside in Denver with their two children, Kevin (age 7) and Hannah (age 3).

Christie Doherty is the President of Trinity Partners, LLC a business performance consulting firm that specializes in leadership and organizational development, business process and workforce transformation. Christie is also Vice President – Business Development for Advisory Board Architects (ABA), a national firm which designs and manages corporate advisory boards for medium to large corporations and non-profits. ABA has a unique proprietary methodology that aligns handpicked C level executive advisors with client companies to support the achievement of specific growth strategies and results.
She is past President of the Women’sVision Foundation, a non-profit organization focused on the development and advancement of corporate women. During her leadership tenure, The Women’sVision Foundation grew to more than 62 corporate members and 3,600 individual members. Women’sVision provides a wide array of leadership and professional development programs, events and networking resources to its members.
Former Vice President, Wholesale Service Delivery at Qwest, Christie had responsibility for Customer Service Operations for Wholesale customers, managing over 1,700 employees with revenue responsibility for $3.2 billion. She held a number of positions in the telecom and cable industries, including assignments in Strategic Planning, Customer Operations, Marketing, Sales, and Organization Effectiveness.
Christie is a member of the International Women’s Forum and WiseWomen Council; Board Chair for INROADS—Rocky Mountain Region and a National INROADS Board Director; Board Chair for the Foundation for Asia Pacific Education; and former National President of Qwest Women. A graduate of Regis University with a degree in Business, Christie also sits on the Regis University Executive Advisory Council and is the chair for the Women’s Collaborative for Colorado.
