Sharon Egilinsky is a financial services executive and board director, with a reputation for achieving high impact results leading complex reorganizations, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and other forward-thinking business associations across the globe. Her career includes Managing Director positions in several large public companies including Head of Strategy for Credit Suisse Asset Management, Global Head of Transition Management for Citigroup Global Markets and Global Head of Product Development for Deutsche Asset Management. Leveraging her 20 plus years of financial services and strategy experience, she serves as a business advisor to entrepreneurs and industry-leading C-Level executives of transitional and growth-focused companies in various phases of their company life cycle.
Egilinsky’s leadership is often described as transformative with her successful track record in creating and monetizing global business models, products and services that result in significant shareholder return. Her multi-disciplined approach, combined with her early career in law, have cultivated a robust perspective on business, risk, and a turnaround expertise addressing and correcting subscale, noncore, and capital operations. Throughout her career, Egilinsky has worked in collaboration with Boards – Public, Private, Regional, Not-for-Profit, and Executive Committees – exercising her strengths in strategy, corporate governance, enterprise and brand optimization.
Egilinsky is Chairman of the Board of University Settlement, one of New York’s most highly regarded social justice non-profits, with programs that are nationally recognized, set industry standards and serve 40,000 people each year at 27 locations throughout New York. She provides direction and oversight on governance practices, strategic planning and financial and asset management. Egilinsky is also a director on the board of The Door and sits on three private company advisory boards, including Women in the Boardroom.
